• 1/18/24: City of Ingleside denied Enbridge/Yara's Objectionable Use permit for Ammonia Plant. 
• 10/18/23: POCCA open conversation to inform public about efforts to implement a Security Port PD substation along LaQuinta Channel. 
• ​10/10/23: Enbridge Ingleside Open House regarding their Blue Hydrogen/Ammonia joint venture with Norwegian owned Yara International.
• 7/31/23: Enbridge Federal Operating Permit 3906
• 6/30/23: Comments due TCEQ HERE on Cheniere air quality permits 105710 & 39479.
• 5/4/23: Comments due on FERC CP-23-229 , Cheniere's application for expansion of trains 8 & 9 that will more than double the number of ships passing through the La Quinta Channel. IOBCWA has FERC Intervenor Status.

• 8/9/22: Comments due on Corpus Christi Ship Channel Draft Environmental Impact Statement (over 2500 pages). This is to deepen the channel to 80 feet - deeper than the Suez Canal. Visit IOBCWA's Ship Channels page for more info.
• 7/14/22: Public Meeting held at Portland Community Center on Flint Hills Resources Ingleside Oil Export Terminal TCEQ Air Pollution Permit #6606. 
• 6/30/22 7:00pm: TCEQ Public Hearing at Portland Community Center on Corpus Christi Liquefaction (Cheniere) Air Quality Permit 105710.
• 6/22/22 3:00-7:30pm: Public Meeting held on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Corpus Christi Ship Channel Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) at Corpus Christi Ortiz Center (402 Harbor Dr.). See PAC's Top 20 Concerns.
• 5/24/22: Comments due on TCEQ 2022 Annual Air Monitoring Plan. 
• 4/20/22: Comments due on Flint Hills Resources Ingleside Oil Export Terminal TCEQ Air Permit #6606.

• 3/5/21: OxyChem Ingleside WasteWater Discharge Permit WQ0003083000 to discharge an additional 2.8 MGD of effluent, including "enterococci" (fecal matter), into La Quinta Channel.
• 1/11/21: Deadline for comments on TCEQ's request to take over all Texas oil and gas permitting from the federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Here's a link to all the supporting documents and public comments.
• 1/11/21: Deadline for comments on the EPA's draft permit for the Bluewater Offshore Terminal, which will allow ships to emit up to 19,000 tons of harmful volatile organic compounds (VOCs) a year off the coast of San Patricio County. 
• 1/6/21: Public hearing on Bluewater Offshore Terminal. 
• ​1/5/21: Comments due on RESTORE Act Funded Priorities List 3b.
• 12/7/20: Public hearing on Steel Dynamics discharging 1.5 million gallons of waste per day into Chiltipin Creek on the way to Copano Bay. TCEQ Permit #WQ0005283000. Here is a link to the application.

• 10/10/20: Cheniere's water use permit requests WRPERM 13605 and WRPERM 13610 to withdraw water from Corpus Christi Bay for "industrial use". ​
• 9/28/20: Deadline for IOBCWA's response to MODA's response to public comments for new berths closer to IOB. ​

• 8/6/20: Axis Midstream request to construct pipeline thru San Pat County and Redfish Bay to Harbor Island.
