Coastal Watch Association is a Texas nonprofit organization formed in 2019 to promote the health, safety, and quality of life for the residents of Ingleside and surrounding communities through research, education, communication, and action.

Water is a way of life.

For the Coastal Bend, water defines every aspect of our lives.  Work, play, and sustainability all depend on the Gulf.  We believe that caring for these waters is a duty and a privilege, because sustaining these waters is how we sustain our future.

Protecting The Gulf and Coastal Residents

Industry is a part of Texas's continued success, but it is important to identify what benefits South Texas and what will cause harm.  Using science-backed evidence, we work within the legal system to prevent the Coastal Bend from becoming another casualty of rich developers who are more concerned with profit than sustainability.
