IOBCWA is raising awareness on pollution levels, lack of enforcement and shady reporting of industry and motivating community members to speak out, show up and make comments to permit applications to expand polluting industries.  Time to hold industries and the state and federal agencies accountable for monitoring, enforcement, and rules regarding the Clean Water Act (CWA) and the Clean Air Act (CAA).

Community Action Teams

We are excited to announce that we will be expanding our outreach to neighboring cities to raise awareness and provide education regarding potential impacts to coastline resources, water and air quality due to increased ship traffic and rapid industrialization happening and planned for San Patricio County. Please email today to get involved.
